Pairs with `<RequireRole>` from `@rahhal/auth/react` as the default `deniedFallback` when a signed-in user is missing the role required to view a protected subtree. Same anatomy as `<EmptyState>` (icon · title · description · action) but with a destructive-tinted icon tile and a viewport-filling default layout.
